To simplify and standardize our shipping to be more cost-effective, we've developed and refined our packaging system for most of our beds and nightstands:
Standard Ground Service indicates packed goods delivered to your door. It does not include unpacking, placement in your home or assembly. Now for $200, we are able to pack & ship most of our beds east of the Mississippi. For $300, we can ship most of our beds west of the Mississippi. Oversized Beds can be shipped for $400 east of the Mississippi or $600 west of the Mississippi.A Leonards Sales associate would be happy to assist you with information regarding the anticipated shipping time and best method to ship your purchase. In-Home Blanket Wrapped Delivery is recommended for our larger, more elaborate pieces that may require assembly and placement.
We recommend In-Home Delivery of our larger beds and case goods - both antique and reproduction by the following 2 methods:
Local In-Home Delivery indicates blanket-wrapped service by our own trucks within our local delivery areas which include most of New England , Long Island and New York City, NY . This includes assembly and room placement. A Leonards Sales associate would be happy to assist you with information regarding the anticipated shipping time and related delivery costs.
Long Distance In-Home Delivery indicates blanket-wrapped service by select carriers with whom we've established long-term relationships for deliveries outside our local delivery areas. This includes assembly and room placement. A Leonards Sales associate would be happy to assist you with information regarding the anticipated shipping time and related delivery costs.
Fragile Items For delivery of fragile pieces such as lamps, mirrors, artwork and glass-front cabinets, please contact a sales associate for information regarding the safest delivery method.
International Shipments can be arranged anywhere. Please contact one of our personal shoppers to discuss shipping options.
Returns are a rarity at Leonards. In fact, we are so sure you will be completely happy with your purchase; we will split your return shipping charges with you.
Merchandise Purchases shipped via Standard Ground Service may be returned for a full refund, pending inspection upon receipt. Our Customer Service Associates will be happy to assist you with information regarding the best method for return.
Furniture Purchases shipped via Local or Long-Distance In-Home Delivery may be returned for a full refund, pending inspection upon receipt. Our Customer Service Associates will be happy to assist you in arranging for a pick up of the merchandise.
